This review focuses on the practices of the company rather than the mattress itself. After purchasing a mattress, I was approached to write a paid review, with a promised payment of $30. I submitted the review on November 8, 2025, and provided the necessary details for payment. However, over two months have passed, and despite multiple emails, I have yet to receive my payment. Their credibility is in question, as they have exhibited unethical behavior and broken trust by not following through on their commitments. For instance, they assured me: "Thank you! We've shared the details to our finance team. The refund will take up to 7-14 business days to reflect on your original payment method as per banks operating procedure." Yet, here we are, over two months later, and they haven't honored this promise. On December 24, 2025, I received another message stating, "We apologize for the delay. It seems that the details were missed to be forwarded to our Finance Team. I have shared the bank details to our finance department to manually process the $30 cashback for the review." They continued to express understanding and apology, promising that the payment would be processed according to their finance schedule, which they claimed operates on Fridays. It’s evident how they manage these situations and the falsehoods they convey. My opinion of the company has shifted due to their conduct. Interestingly, after posting this review, they finally took action and provided the promised payment, highlighting that it took public feedback to spur any response.
