Since it was after customer service hours, I waited until the next day to reach out. I called the next morning and waited about twenty minutes for assistance. When I explained my situation, the representative laughed and informed me that changes could only be made within sixty minutes of placing the order. Given that it was the weekend, the order had just processed five days later. It's incredibly frustrating that in this day and age, the company operates this way. Consequently, I will not be ordering from them again. The service was unhelpful and rude.
