If there were "Zero"stars, I would have chosen that. WHY DIDN'T I DO MY PROPER RESEARCH FIRST????!!! My liquid mushroom product, Dr. Weil's "Origins Dr. Andrew Weil For Origins Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Advanced Face Serum", stings the eyes, so watch out. Nasty chemicals within!! It also only got a "Fair" rating on the E.W.G. website. It also scored badly with the Yuka app. I should have researched it first, BUT I NAIVELY/STUPIDLY TRUSTED THAT (super overweight all the time and is that good??) DR. WEIL, as I followed him for decades. I thought I'd treat myself with an expensive (for me!) beauty product, but SHAME ON YOU, DR. WEIL, AND YOU, TOO, 0RIGINS.......never again. Time for Trustpilot, and multiple other critique sites This was an expensive disappointment. I should have done more research before purchasing, but I STUPIDLY TRUSTED THOSE MUSHROOMS (magic potion??!!) AND DR. WEIL - I AM AN IDIOT! I hope you are smarter than I am!!!!

Pay attention to the customers noting bait and switch rewards programs. I have purchased Origins products for over 20 years. I bought probably $500 of Christmas gifts from Origins this year, so I racked up quite a few points. I received an email saying "spend your points by x date at midnight." I opened that email and made a mental note of the expiration. On the expiration date, I went to go make purchases and use my points, but my account had zero points. When I contacted customer service, three weeks later they emailed that yes indeed, my points were gone, as I had "interacted with the email" prior to the expiration date, and the expiration date and time on the email was not applicable to me, as I made my purchase at 3pm. It left such a bad taste in my mouth (just give me the $10 thing I would I gotten with the points, I was actually going to buy more stuff), that I will just spend my money elsewhere. I will actually pay another company more for products, just to be valued. Origins customer service is sadly a thing of the past.

Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

I placed an order on a Friday night during an incredible Black Friday sale. However, when I selected PayPal as my payment method, it mistakenly changed my delivery address to an old one in a different state. Since it was after customer service hours, I decided to wait until the next day to resolve the issue. I called the following morning and waited around twenty minutes for assistance. When I finally spoke to a representative, he laughed and told me that changes could only be made within sixty minutes of placing the order. Given that there were no customer service agents available at the time of my order, I had no way of knowing this. It’s incredibly frustrating that they cannot amend an order that was processed just today, five days later. In this day and age of technology, I find it unacceptable that this is how the company operates. Consequently, I am finished with this company and will not be placing any future orders. Their service was unhelpful, indifferent, and frankly rude.

Received damaged advent calendars and missing item.

I ordered four advent calendars for a total of $185 each, expecting a high-quality gift. When they arrived, they were poorly packed in a large box with minimal protection. As a result, the products were jumbled and damaged. It took me over an hour to sort everything out, and I ended up one item short. Although customer support promised to send the missing item, the response time was slow and unclear. While I hope the item arrives soon, I'm disappointed with the shipping quality and the lengthy process for replacements. They need to improve their packing and overall product quality. A small gesture, like a discount for my trouble, would have been appreciated.

Terrible customer service - steer clear.

The customer service is appalling. I wish I had known before placing my order. I ordered a bottle of wine at the end of March, and it still hasn't arrived. I've received numerous unfulfilled promises. Although I requested a refund, I was assured it would arrive by the end of the week, but it hasn't. Now, I'm not getting any responses. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this service.

Not worth the hassle; misleading customer service.

While the products are good when on sale, the customer service and loyalty program are terrible. I've spent hours trying to resolve issues with my orders, as something always goes wrong, and I've been given incorrect information repeatedly. This year, I chose not to participate in the holiday sales, and I have no plans to order again after hearing about my friend's negative experience. I referred a friend who encountered issues with the referral and birthday bonuses. They received no gifts despite following all the instructions. The customer service responses were unhelpful and frustrating. My friend has decided not to order again due to the poor experience.

Awful customer service experience.

The customer service is terrible. They didn't even acknowledge that they were a merchant on a specific platform, and claimed they had no record of my two orders totaling about $400, even though I was charged. Their attempts to retrieve order numbers and invoices were completely useless.

Disappointing Black Friday promotion.

I had a similar experience to another reviewer. I was enticed by a Black Friday gift set and placed an order to qualify for it. However, no free gift arrived. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that there were none left and offered no suitable alternatives. Instead, I received a small product as a replacement, which was far from adequate. It's misleading advertising to entice customers without fulfilling the demand.
