As a result, the products were jumbled and damaged. It took me over an hour to sort everything out, and I ended up one item short. Although customer support promised to send the missing item, the response time was slow and unclear. While I hope the item arrives soon, I'm disappointed with the shipping quality and the lengthy process for replacements. They need to improve their packing and overall product quality. A small gesture, like a discount for my trouble, would have been appreciated.
