Please do not use their service. They charge a lot of money but provide no real help. The first visit cost us $250, and they did almost nothing — they just closed one hole and that was it. No treatment, no solution for the mice problem.Later they asked if we wanted a monthly subscription for inspections. I clearly said no, but they still signed us up and charged us anyway. The money is non-refundable.After they closed the hole, the mouse left, and we are sure it exited through that same hole behind the dishwasher — it was the only hole we had. However, they kept insisting the mouse came from somewhere else, which is not true.Overall, this was a complete waste of money. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service.
