I have been a long time Orkin customer. The last year they keep making changes to their scheduling program and their billing program. Several times this year their system has changed my appointment week, day and time, and only given me a couple of hours of notice (calling at 5:45 pm the day before the newly scheduled date, or texting and emailing me at 6 PM the day before and they are closed so I can't call). I have called more than once about this to get them to not make changes without contacting me first. Sometimes they reschedule from the last week of the month to the first week of the month, and a different day of the week. Then they changed their billing system a couple of months ago and it defaulted to auto pay, so my payment was deducted from my account without me making the payment online. I called and said I did not want on auto pay. They said they removed the auto pay on my account. Well, I went online to pay and it just happened again this month. I have removed my account info from their site to avoid this. However, they are making too many changes and not letting the customer know. I am very frustrated with changes being made and no notification. I do not want to keep calling them. The technician, Joe, is so professional and so nice. It has nothing to do with him. It is the office making these changes.
