I strongly advise against using this service. They charge exorbitant fees without providing any genuine assistance. Our initial visit cost $250, and they accomplished very little — merely sealing one hole without offering any treatment or real solution for our rodent issue. Later, they inquired about a monthly subscription for inspections. I explicitly declined, yet they enrolled us and charged us regardless. The payment is non-refundable. After sealing the hole, the mouse disappeared, and we believe it exited through that same opening behind the dishwasher — it was the only entry point we had. However, they insisted the mouse originated from another location, which is simply not accurate. In summary, this was a total financial loss. A thoroughly disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this service.
