I was very impressed with the customer service during my recent purchase – it was excellent. My ordered item went missing during delivery. I emailed the company, and my query was answered the same day. The next day, after their investigation, I was offered a refund or a replacement. The customer advisor was very apologetic and helpful, exceeding my expectations. Having ordered many items over the years, I've found both the service and product quality to be top-notch.
