If you haven’t seen the item in person, don’t bother ordering online….because in the event it isn’t what you were hoping for and you need to return, you will have a headache. Returned my item almost a month ago now. No acknowledgment email as you’d get with other companies (even though Royal Mail tracking service confirms that it has been delivered) no reply to my email to customer services a week ago. No reply to my social media message. Really poor customer service and I won’t be purchasing from here again.
