Avoid this app — misleading “guarantees,” no transparency, and zero real supportI originally signed up for Ornament because of their “100% money-back guarantee.” I live in the Faroe Islands, where the app’s health features — a big part of the service - simply don’t work due to lack of access to national health data.I wanted to reach out early on about the 100% money back guarantee, but I read that I didn’t qualify for a refund because I hadn’t used the app enough days. But I couldn’t use it — because it doesn’t work in my country. No one cared.Then months later, without any clear warning or reminder, they charged me $69.99 for a renewal I didn’t know was coming. I contacted them immediately and explained everything. They replied with a generic refusal and called it a “final decision.”There’s no real support, no flexibility, and no fairness — even when you explain clearly why the product wasn’t usable. They hide behind rigid policies and offer no actual help when you’re stuck with a charge for something that doesn’t deliver what it promises.I do not recommend this app. Especially not if you live outside major countries with centralized medical record systems.
