Signed up for what I thought was a free trial, only to be charged for a full month within minutes. I immediately contacted customer service asking for a refund and cancellation. They claimed to cancel the subscription but completely ignored the refund request.I followed up again, but every response I received felt like a copy-paste template, never actually addressing my specific situation. They claimed their T&Cs say I either completed the plan or was past the 14-day refund period — both completely false since I contacted them literally minutes after signing up.To make things worse, I had no idea it was a subscription-based service in the first place — this was never made clear upfront. Eventually had to get PayPal involved to cancel the recurring payments and try to recover my money.Very disappointing experience. Feels deceptive and poorly managed. Avoid.
