I haven’t had any issues with the app or service but realised I didn’t use it fully and decided the £42 I was spending wasn’t worth it. I paused my subscription and made sure the auto renewal was off more than a week before my renewal date so there would be no issues. However due to a system fault they charged me anyway. When I informed them of their mistake, they said they couldn’t return my money but cancelled the subscription. They tried to put the blame on me saying that’s the auto renewal was still on and ‘when there multiple tabs open these things can be missed’ - not only am I down £42 for a service Im not using but they’re also calling me dumb. Terrible service.
