I ordered a 50L Multi stem 150-175cm cultivar in the Autumn of 2024. By the Autumn of 2025, it was clear that I had received the wrong type. After sending photos, the supplier acknowledged the mistake. They offered a smaller bush variety as a replacement, but I declined and requested a refund, which was confirmed by a representative. I received internal paperwork indicating this was processed, but after two weeks with no notification from the payment platform, I reached out to them. They informed me there was no refund pending in their records. I repeatedly contacted the supplier for proof of the refund, but I only received the same unhelpful internal paperwork. I plan to report this transaction to my bank, as it feels fraudulent. I will not be using this service again and advise others to consider more reliable options.
