I placed an order for several ornaments on January 7, 2024. The holiday rush is over, I had no response as to when my order would be received. Nothing extraordinary about them. I finally contacted Customer Service by email (no phone!) I was told they needed my order number, which I had included but sent again for a second time. Another person replied, said they were moving and unable to lookup any orders. Were the computers moving too?? Here it is end of January and no response and no order! I did receive a spam message that said sorry here’s a 20% off discount. No way am I ordering again from them! Personally, I think this is a rip off company. I will never order from them! I think we should have our head examined to do so. I have found nothing but weird things on Google when I search Ornament Shop. I’m not even sure I believe the reviews on here except for the Negative ones, of which now I have my own. Will I ever get a refund? Doubtful. Buyer beware!!!
