I ordered a personalized Military Boots. There was an issue with the Delivery as the package got lost. They shipped another out very quickly with NO issues. Well worth the wait. I didn't want the 2D Flat Ornament but one that was an actual Ornament. I'm glad I purchased. Thank You ♥️ 🪖🥾
The ornament I ordered was very nice but arrived with a broken piece. It was promptly replaced at no additional cost. I was very happy with customer servicer in that regard. As far as customer service in general, my emails are never answered and it's impossible to speak with someone by phone. I don't find this consumer friendly
I placed an order for several ornaments on January 7, 2024. The holiday rush is over, I had no response as to when my order would be received. Nothing extraordinary about them. I finally contacted Customer Service by email (no phone!) I was told they needed my order number, which I had included but sent again for a second time. Another person replied, said they were moving and unable to lookup any orders. Were the computers moving too?? Here it is end of January and no response and no order! I did receive a spam message that said sorry here’s a 20% off discount. No way am I ordering again from them! Personally, I think this is a rip off company. I will never order from them! I think we should have our head examined to do so. I have found nothing but weird things on Google when I search Ornament Shop. I’m not even sure I believe the reviews on here except for the Negative ones, of which now I have my own. Will I ever get a refund? Doubtful. Buyer beware!!!
UPDATE: They cancelled my second order with no reason why... I have placed a third order (it showed certain colors were out but I ordered a different one this time) I ordered two identical ornaments for two of my granddaughters. I later received an email stating that they were out so my order was only half filled and the last letters of the words were cut off. In a later email I saw that there was a huge 70 percent off sale and re-ordered both ornaments. (Personalized) and they sent me an email stating I had not finished ordering but they were in my cart. My husband remembers clearly that I had paid. So for the third time I ordered the ornaments. I asked numerous times for someone to call me and their response was that they did not have a phone. My response was someone "could" use their personal cell phone and just block the number. UGH we shall see how this last order is...
We have been getting our ornaments from you for years and years. Never any mishaps til this year and we were missing a couple of ornaments from order but you took care of it right away and we recieved them in time for Xmas. Thank you so much and we will continue to get our ornaments here.
Still don’t have ornament. First order on November 26. You reordered in early December. No way to talk to a human. Have sent numerous customer service emails. No answer except in the handling stage. Special ornament for engaged couple for Christmas. Where is it ?
