UPDATE: They cancelled my second order with no reason why... I have placed a third order (it showed certain colors were out but I ordered a different one this time) I ordered two identical ornaments for two of my granddaughters. I later received an email stating that they were out so my order was only half filled and the last letters of the words were cut off. In a later email I saw that there was a huge 70 percent off sale and re-ordered both ornaments. (Personalized) and they sent me an email stating I had not finished ordering but they were in my cart. My husband remembers clearly that I had paid. So for the third time I ordered the ornaments. I asked numerous times for someone to call me and their response was that they did not have a phone. My response was someone "could" use their personal cell phone and just block the number. UGH we shall see how this last order is...
