Couch #1: The first was a pull-out sofa where the entire piece was detached from the bed mechanism. It was unsafe and unusable for guests. They did replace it quickly, which was the only positive aspect. Couch #2: The second arrived with a significant tear that needed repair. This required numerous emails and calls, and after months of back-and-forth, they finally sent a repair kit, but the repair service was only available in my area occasionally. The entire process took almost four months. Couch #3: The third couch had a slash in the leather. The seller claimed I should have checked it at delivery, voiding the warranty. This was unreasonable, as the couch was wrapped and dropped off without the chance for inspection. After many emails, they sent a repair kit, but I still had to pay for a repair company, prolonging the process. Additionally, they frequently mixed up my orders, causing unnecessary complications. In summary, the quality is very poor, and the customer service is worse. Delays, damaged items, warranty issues, and miscommunication make this a business I cannot recommend. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere.
