After many emails, they sent a repair kit, but I still had to pay for a repair company, prolonging the process. Additionally, they frequently mixed up my orders, causing unnecessary complications. In summary, the quality is very poor, and the customer service is worse. Delays, damaged items, warranty issues, and miscommunication make this a business I cannot recommend. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere.
