I only received a delivery notification. When I requested to cancel the order, I was told I would face a shipping fee, even though the product had not been delivered yet. The delivery experience was equally poor, with the driver leaving the item outside, claiming it was 'frozen' and couldn't fit through the door. Given these issues—my prompt request to change the order, lack of communication, unreasonable fees, and unsatisfactory delivery—I demand a full refund. If this is not resolved quickly, I will dispute the charge with my bank. Additionally, the item has a ripped hole on the corner!
