Literally the worst customer service experience. Pillow didn’t work. Asked to return it after a few days. Was offered a 30% refund and told I could keep the pillow. They said I can return it but would have to pay $20 to ship it back. Even though I paid $5 to have it shipped here. Was then offered 40% and told to keep the pillow. It’s been almost 3 weeks. Every time I reach out, I get the same response. Like an auto reply. Do NOT waste your money on this piece of garbage.
