Do not buy. Low quality product and they have been totally ignoring my requests for a return refund. Scam business. As an alternative, I have a Tri-Aid device and it is excellent.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They promise a 30 day money back guarantee, but when you contact them to return it they offer you 50% OR tell you you can return it to CHINA at your own expense "up to $20" but the postal service quoted more than 3 times that amount! I reached out to their Customer Service again requesting what I paid minus the "up to $20" they said it would cost to ship back to CHINA and they continued to offer be 50%.
Pillow made all aches and pains worse! It’s AWFUL! If you read the reviews on their site you’ll start to notice that they are almost all the same word for word - just with different “customer” names. SCAM!!!!! Avoid this company - they prey on desperate people who are in pain!
Horrible company and awful, cheap pillows. DO NOT BUY. They advertise that return shipping may be "as much as $20" but that is A LIE and a basic search on USPS would provide honest information. Returning ONE pillow will cost as much as $50 if you are able to squeeze it into the tiny size restrictions set by USPS.They are ALL bots answering emails offering up to a 50% refund because they know they are deceitful and cheap.
THIS IS A SCAM! The delivery company said they couldn’t deliver to my address, which is untrue because we get deliveries all the time. So they sent the pillow back, I never received it. And now the company won’t refund me and won’t read my emails to them that I never received the pillow. Don’t buy!!!!
This is a total scam! Pillow is not as shown online and is extremely cheap. It is very hard, not curved as shown and does not support in any of the correct places. The money back/refund is FALSE! They will not refund me and keep giving me false information. TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE COSTUMER SUPPORT!
Literally the worst customer service experience. Pillow didn’t work. Asked to return it after a few days. Was offered a 30% refund and told I could keep the pillow. They said I can return it but would have to pay $20 to ship it back. Even though I paid $5 to have it shipped here. Was then offered 40% and told to keep the pillow. It’s been almost 3 weeks. Every time I reach out, I get the same response. Like an auto reply. Do NOT waste your money on this piece of garbage.
