Pillowcase was damaged

Pillowcase was damaged, customer service is the worst. Only contact is by email and I asked for a 40% refund and still waiting for it after more than a few business days. Also pillows aren’t as comfortable as they were promised ro be with what I paid for! Also they keep trying to get you to spend more money after you spent a lot. No wonder it is going out of business. Don’t buy from them!
