It is not comfortable as stated in the advertisements. I got two pillows and paid su h high price. I have neck and shoulder issue so thought it will help after seeing all those promising results. They claim 30 day money back guarantee but you will have to ship it back at your cost. So it is not really money back if you don’t like it you will lose money out of your pocket. Ot is a firm pillow and felt it to be high for me. Bottom line not comfortable at all
