Fake 5-star trustpilot reviews on their site. I was looking for help with my husband's extremely swollen legs and saw an ad on Facebook for this company, claiming to help with just that. The link led to ornexis(dot)com/products/edema and as I was reading and scrolling, I found what looked like really good reviews from trustpilot. There was nothing clickable in those reviews, and the wording of all four of those (5 star) reviews felt a little too similar. So I came to trustpilot and searched for Ornexis and found this page for the company, with zero reviews. Maybe there's another explanation and they didn't actually make up fake reviews, but I can't think of one. Maybe it's a decent product, but this doesn't make them look good.
