Pans seem to be imported, despite a local address on the site. They arrived poorly packaged and included some very low-quality utensils inside the box. Quite disappointing and feels like a rip-off.

Products sourced from overseas

Products are clearly sourced from an overseas factory. Shipping took a long time (not surprising given the origin) and there’s no English on the packaging! Everything is in another language. I doubt the claims of being toxin-free based on where they come from. I will be returning these.

Another cookware disappointment

Another cookware disappointment! They create a nice website to appear legitimate, but then they drop-ship from places like overseas. These pans are available for much less on other platforms. Once you see the packaging and request a refund, they either deny it or impose high return fees. The entire cookware market feels suspicious! I've been searching for months and still haven't made a purchase. Remember, genuine titanium cookware for outdoor use is always gray and very lightweight. Keep this in mind when you receive those shiny pans.

Great for frying most foods

The pan is fantastic for frying most foods, though rice tends to stick quite a bit 😢. Still, I’m giving it 5 stars because it excels in cooking everything else. It wouldn’t be fair to rate it lower just because of the rice issue 😀.

Satisfactory shipping time. The items are appealing. The fry pan heats evenly and at lower temperatures than standard pans. It cleans easily. Overall, I’m pleased with this gift.
