My partner and I got sucked into a beauty store in by a very friendly and aggressive sales guy while strolling through Casco Viejo, in Panama City. And we did purchase the OroGold Deep peeling Gel. It was pricey--Like $120 for a 3.38 oz pump bottle container. I have never in my life paid so much for any beauty product. We split the cost. The actual product -- the peeling gel worked very well. Unfortunately NOW the bottle does not pump it out! And there is really no easy way to extract the contents. we have cleaned the mechanism but no luck. So we have about $40 worth of product stuck in there we cannot use. I reached out to the OroGold company and they don't give a damn. They want me to contact the store! I have no idea the name of the store as this was over a year ago and in Panama. They take NO responsibility for their product. I would NEVER buy from them again. I will NEVER buy a product again due to BAD customer service. You will loose me as a customer forever!!
