I really don't understand what is the reason about bad service? I read few review and I was panicking. For me it's very great experience with ORO24 until now .People from different department always in touch with me for last 2,5 years .Mt brokers Kotto very helpful I have not any complain .Well done guys!!!
Anyone who feels they have been scammed by this company need to reach out to a lawyer and file a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Many of this companies practices are illegal and punishable by law - at least they are in Ontario. Ontario Law Society can provide a free consultation regarding this company and the company they use for the loans.
My partner and I got sucked into a beauty store in by a very friendly and aggressive sales guy while strolling through Casco Viejo, in Panama City. And we did purchase the OroGold Deep peeling Gel. It was pricey--Like $120 for a 3.38 oz pump bottle container. I have never in my life paid so much for any beauty product. We split the cost. The actual product -- the peeling gel worked very well. Unfortunately NOW the bottle does not pump it out! And there is really no easy way to extract the contents. we have cleaned the mechanism but no luck. So we have about $40 worth of product stuck in there we cannot use. I reached out to the OroGold company and they don't give a damn. They want me to contact the store! I have no idea the name of the store as this was over a year ago and in Panama. They take NO responsibility for their product. I would NEVER buy from them again. I will NEVER buy a product again due to BAD customer service. You will loose me as a customer forever!!
I had bad experiences with them (Scarborough store). Whatever the managers gave that promotion never showed on paper to the customer to keep for the record. After I spent so much money, they changed the deals. Last week I asked to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The person didn't update the computer and told me that she couldn't reschedule, someone would call me to reschedule. I haven't gotten any call yet (5 days now). They are only nice to customers when they want them to buy their products. Their products are overpriced.

I strongly urge potential customers and the relevant authorities to take immediate action against these blatant violations of the Consumer Protection Act.
This store is newly opened in the New Territories in Hong Kong and by walking past it with my young son they made a comment about him and that's how they lured me into the store, before I knew it (everything happened so fast) the lady was putting the eye serum on my face and she said well would you like to try the moisturiser? i thought she meant sample, they brought out both boxes and expected me to buy the things on the spot without confirming. I made my excuses and left asap. Horrible experience but thankfully I made a lucky escape.
Hello, I live in London, ON.I recently came to Canada. One day, while I was at the mall, I was forcibly pulled into a so-called Orogold Cosmetics, where they manipulated and make me bad about my skin and gave me some products. Even though I kept saying no, they used tactics to convince me, saying it's just trail for a month and it won't start billing until then and if I didn't like it, I could return it. After using the products once I got home, I started getting pimples and really worsen my face. So, I went to return them, and that’s when they told me that I had signed documents, saying that I had agreed to everything. Actually, they gave me a tab and told to fill my details such as my name, number and address followed by my signature in just a TAB. They told me that I had signed in physical documents which stated that I wouldn't be able to return the items. I was shocked because I never signed any documents. In these big malls, they are openly scamming people like this. Please let me know, if there is any solution for this!!
I wish i have option for zero rating.Please don't enter this store by any chance. The sales representatives are very manipulative and put emotional pressure on you to buy expensive products worth thousands of dollars. they also mislead people by providing incorrect information about their products. Their products don't work at all.
