I had bad experiences with them (Scarborough store). Whatever the managers gave that promotion never showed on paper to the customer to keep for the record. After I spent so much money, they changed the deals. Last week I asked to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The person didn't update the computer and told me that she couldn't reschedule, someone would call me to reschedule. I haven't gotten any call yet (5 days now). They are only nice to customers when they want them to buy their products. Their products are overpriced.
