I never received my product, despite claims that it was shipped. The service was unhelpful, directing me to the shipping company, which then told me to contact them. I stopped my payments since I won’t pay for an item I didn’t receive. This has been an ongoing issue since June with no resolution. This service clearly scams customers and shows no concern for their issues. I will report them to the appropriate authorities.
