This service cannot be trusted; they sent defective items and refuse to cover return costs. They advertise as a local website, but returns must be sent back to the USA or China at your own expense. Be cautious... In response to their reply, under the Consumer Rights Act in the United Kingdom, they are obligated to cover return costs for faulty goods. Use PayPal or a credit card for protection. They also don’t reply to emails.
I placed my order on June 26th and didn’t receive a tracking number until June 29th. The email stated it was delivered on June 29th, but the tracking site shows no record. This service has clearly scammed me. I keep emailing about my order, but they just send me tracking links. Clearly, they didn’t ship it. I will not buy from this service again.
