As much as I love my Orphek lights the customer service and help is poor.Being able to simple get a tracking number from an order number has and is still taking an ordeal.When you pay for a product you expect to receive it. And so far I've been told its in stock, but to no avail.For a product that is not by any means cheap, I think I'll look elsewhere for a better experience if things don't go right. Which they rarely do...
