I placed an order for shoes in October. After more than a month and numerous follow-ups, I finally received them. Once I got them, they felt a bit short, so I wanted to return them or possibly exchange them. Following their return instructions, it’s now the end of December, and I'm still struggling to get a refund. I opted not to try a larger size as I feared they would be too big. Now, I’m still waiting and have texted them at least twice a week asking about my refund! I would never buy shoes from this seller again, and anyone who does and needs to return them will face a nightmare. I have ordered many items online, and I’ve never encountered as many issues as I have with this company.
