I received the new shoes, but they didn’t fit as they run smaller than indicated on the size chart, so I initiated a return. The support team informed me that I had to pay a $20 shipping fee for the return. After several emails, each taking about a week for a response, I reluctantly paid the $20 to send the shoes back for a larger size. Once they confirmed receipt of the return, I requested the larger size, but they said I needed to pay another $20 for shipping. This felt unreasonable. After sending a few direct yet professional emails expressing my frustration with the process, I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. Their response? They would deduct a $17.99 restocking fee. I’m done with this service, and I would recommend that anyone considering it look elsewhere, not due to the shoes themselves, but because of the excessive return and restocking fees and the slow response times from the support team.

I placed an order for shoes in October. After more than a month and numerous follow-ups, I finally received them. Now, I’m still waiting and have texted them at least twice a week asking about my refund! I would never buy shoes from this seller again, and anyone who does and needs to return them will face a nightmare. I have ordered many items online, and I’ve never encountered as many issues as I have with this company.

This seller has a dreadful return policy. The representative suggested I donate the two pairs instead of processing a return for a refund. I strongly objected and requested a return address and a full refund. There has been no reply. Very disappointing.
I’ve had these shoes for about two months now, and they have become my go-to pair. They are very lightweight and provide excellent arch support. The toe area is nice and wide, so my toes aren’t squished anymore. I’m already considering getting a second pair.

I sent eight emails to return them and was told to give them to a friend with a discount code for a correct fit! I received no responses, no replies, and finally read the reviews. How foolish of me not to check before buying. NO ONE GETS THEIR MONEY BACK. THERE IS NO 30-DAY RETURN. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! GO TRY ON SHOES AT A REAL STORE AND GET FITTED. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SHOES AND COMPANY!
