These shoes appear poorly constructed and look like plastic. I usually wear a size 10 or 10 1/2, but I ordered an 11 and couldn't even fit my foot inside. When I requested an exchange, I was told that sale items couldn't be returned and had to be gifted or discarded. This is unacceptable, given the sizing issues. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller.
