Received "boots" squished in a bubble mailing envelope. Size ordered 12 (43). I usually wear an 11 - 11.5 but sized up. I can barely get my foot in and cannot zip. Material feels like plastic. Ordered "red." These are a sickly brownish. You can't try and return without your order number and are then told to send to China, even though return address is in CA, Cost prohibitive, fraudulent advertising, worthless product.
The shoes are nearly 2" shorter than my regular size, despite claims to be the same. They are unwearable due to poor fit, and the material lacks durability. The overpowering chemical smell when I opened the package was shocking! I ordered three pairs, believing them to be high quality based on the advertisement, but they were subpar. I am extremely disappointed and will not buy from this seller again. I hope to find a way to get a refund.
The boots I received were far from orthopedic. I could have found better quality at any local retailer. They arrived damaged because they were shipped in a bag rather than a box, resulting in dented cardboard toes. Their website claims a lifetime satisfaction guarantee with a refund option, but they don't mention that returns can only be made to their warehouse in Asia, despite a US address on the packaging.

I regret not realizing the package was coming from Asia, and returning it will cost nearly as much as the poor-quality boots, which were also too large. They definitely do not fit true to size. They look very cheap and are unusable.
I wish I could give negative stars. Their advertisements are misleading. The boots are marketed as orthopedic, but they are far from it. They aren't leather, lack arch support, and the insoles are flat and hard. Their return policy states they don't cover return shipping, and items are shipped from Asia. I can't believe I thought something decent could cost less than $60, even on sale. Avoid this seller!
These shoes appear poorly constructed and look like plastic. I usually wear a size 10 or 10 1/2, but I ordered an 11 and couldn't even fit my foot inside. When I requested an exchange, I was told that sale items couldn't be returned and had to be gifted or discarded. This is unacceptable, given the sizing issues. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller.
The harsh chemical smell of these boots/shoes was unbearable. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. The products are unattractive, poorly made, and literally stink. They will either be donated (though I feel guilty) or thrown away. Returns are difficult, with a 40% restocking fee, and the consumer is responsible for shipping back to Asia. Absolutely not!
