I ordered a pair of shoes that I liked, but shouldn't have, as they were the clog style. I have nerve damage and arthritis in my feet, and need more support. I was going to exchange them, and then my Mom passed (in FL... I live in WI). Also Hurricane Milton did major damage to the house. I had to go take care of everything. When I got home I contacted OrthoFeet to explain why I went beyond the window to return a purchase.
