Purchase and shipping were great. Product quality is another thing. I can no longer wear either pair as they cause me great knee pain. Which is why I got them yo begin with. The sizing is way off also
Finally shoes that I can wear all day! I had custom orthotics made for distal tibular dysfunction. I ordered two pair - one pair of boots and one pair of athletic. Both pair accommodate the orthotics perfectly! I can wear either pair all day without pain! Very happy with them and will order again. They run true to size.
I bought the black leather low-top boots for ankle support after a prolonged rehab for a serious ankle fracture. It turned out that the extra support was unnecessary (thanks to titanium), but the boots became my daily shoe because of stability, which reduced risk of falls. They have, now a year later, been around the world twice as an everyday shoe.
I ordered and tried ortho feet winter boots. I did return all of the boots that I ordered. The company was easy to deal with and reliable in processing returns and refunds for that I give them three stars, possibly four except, I would give their product a one so that reduced their score.
What they claim their products are looks good on paper, but not in reality. I could easily buy Merrills or Keens and get a higher quality product for the price that they’re asking for their boots.

The shoes I've purchased have all been very comfortable shoes I've bought because I have diabetes and I do construction and I'm on my feet all day. The slippers and dress shoes are very comfortable and I will be buying more from u thank u
Item was delivered on time,correct size and color,but sneaker was too tight.i wore the sneakers for 5 days but decided to return them .your company credited my account imeaditaly.i am still having problems with planta pain but not because of your sneakers.thank you!
I ordered a pair of shoes that I liked, but shouldn't have, as they were the clog style. I have nerve damage and arthritis in my feet, and need more support. I was going to exchange them, and then my Mom passed (in FL... I live in WI). Also Hurricane Milton did major damage to the house. I had to go take care of everything. When I got home I contacted OrthoFeet to explain why I went beyond the window to return a purchase. They decided under the circumstances to let me exchange the shoes, and I am extremely happy with the new pair....very comfortable and more support. Thank you OrthoFeet!
I was so hopeful in buying. Yes, I’ve bought clothes and shoes (and groceries, linens, household items, etc, online for years) and rarely do they not work. Alas the fit didn’t. The service in returning was easy as was receiving credit.
Ever since I broke my foot 3 years ago I have been wearing Orthofeet shoes and sandals. I love the slip-ons the best and I'm happy to see different styles and colors now. I like how I can adjust the fit with the orthotics provided with the shoes. All of the shoes I have are so comfortable. I will continue to order more.
