Avoid this company at all costs! They are a complete scam. Their advertised return policy is misleading. If it weren't for the dispute resolution through payment services, I would have been forced to accept a minimal refund instead of a proper return. They continue to send emails as if they are trying to help, but it's all a ruse. This company is just out for your money!
