If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money on these plastic, low-quality shoes. They falsely claim to have a wide toe bed. In reality, they run small, are very narrow, and are of terrible quality. The reviews on their website seem completely fabricated. When I requested a refund, they denied me, claiming they only distribute the product. A total scam!
I waited 17 days for shoes that don't fit at all. They advertise a wide toe box, but the shoes are extremely narrow, more like soccer cleats. Their customer service is terrible, and they blame you for not using the size chart properly. Not all fitting issues can be determined by a chart. They claim they can't offer refunds due to expenses. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
Caution! Terrible product and even worse customer service. I tried to cancel my order immediately, but they refused and told me to wait for the product to arrive. Once I received it, they denied my return request. The shoes were advertised as having a wide toe box, but they are barely three inches wide. The product is simply trash.
Trust the negative reviews about these shoes. I can't believe they get away with such false advertising. While the shoes may look nice in photos, they are poorly made. The insole support is just a thin foam insert that offers no real support. You'd be better off wearing flip-flops.
