I waited 17 days for shoes that don't fit at all. They advertise a wide toe box, but the shoes are extremely narrow, more like soccer cleats. Their customer service is terrible, and they blame you for not using the size chart properly. Not all fitting issues can be determined by a chart. They claim they can't offer refunds due to expenses. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
