I ordered a Postpartum Belly Wrap on 12 November and received a notification that the product has been delivered on 22 November. The proof of delivery obviously showed the wrong door. It took me a long time to figure out which door it was and unfortunately it was a vacant house for sale at the moment (so there's no way for us get access to it). After liaising with the CS, refund or redelivery is not accepted. Didn't receive the product at all so I can't comment on the quality
