Terrible experience. I ordered boots for my elderly mother, which took three weeks to arrive, and they looked nothing like what I had ordered. The quality was subpar, and they were definitely not orthopaedic. I couldn't return them and lost £49! The website appeared trustworthy, but this was a disgraceful situation.
