This company is a disgrace, a scam I'm sure.....I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for a total of almost £80, the shoes were ill fitting and I asked to return them for a full refund, 6 weeks later I'm still waiting.... they have offered me £10, which is an absolute insult... their current offer is £35, which again is just not on !!! I feel like I'm not going to get anything or anywhere with them... absolutely disgraceful...I'm so sorry I didn't check trust pilot before buying from them.
