1 star is too good for this company! Bought a pair of shoes which took two weeks to arrive. The shoes were poor quality, didn’t fit and were definitely not ‘orthopaedic’. I asked for a return label (as per their returns policy) they refused to provide one and then received a refund offer of £12. I paid £38.99 , so rejected their offer. I ended up returning the shoes at my cost. They have since refused to pay the full refund amount. I put the transaction into dispute with my bank and they have rejected this as invalid. They have my money, the shoes and I’m out of pocket. Mad, I’m enraged and feeling very foolish at being duped. I’m relying on my bank to successfully complete the dispute on my behalf. DON’T buy anything from this company!!
