Very disappointing experience. I ordered boots for my elderly mother, which took three weeks to arrive and looked nothing like what I had expected. The shoes were poorly made and definitely not orthopaedic. It feels like a scam. Unable to return them, I lost £49! The website seemed convincing, but the overall experience was shameful.
