This trader is absolutely terrible—avoid them. I ordered boots and received the wrong size. When I raised the issue, they offered a discount on my next purchase if I returned the incorrect boots. The return shipping would cost nearly £15. I wrote back to express my dissatisfaction and received no response. I've reported them to the relevant authorities.
