Update: After my initial complaint, I received a response acknowledging shipping issues. The package finally arrived two days late, but customer service has been unresponsive since. I've raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The lack of communication is frustrating, and after waiting so long for what seemed like the perfect shoes, I'm disappointed. They feel uncomfortable, like wearing two socks at once. I won't pursue a refund based on others' experiences—I'll cut my losses and keep searching for better shoes.
