I ordered two pairs of shoes, but they sent the wrong size. They refuse to send the correct ones and will only offer a refund if I cover the return shipping to another country, which costs more than the shoes themselves. They've offered a partial refund, but the shoes don't fit. I'm considering contacting my bank for a chargeback.
