Pay by credit card and claim your money back through the card company. M&S are particularly good at dealing with Chinese fraudsters. Prove through email correspondence that they will not honour the refund guarantee and the credit card company are equally liable. M&S credit card refund immediately and take the money from the cash they hold for the company. If they find your claim is inaccurate they have 60 days to take the money back from your card. The more people use this law the quicker these fraudulent companies will go out of business.
