Misleading website, looks like a local nz store but it’s not, products ship from mainland china and take a couple of week to arrive. The website does state this in a separate tab called shipping policy but they should make it clearer and provide an estimate time in the check out process. At least when you purchase from Temu you know what you’re buying, where it’s coming from and how long it will take. I reached out to customer service but they would not cancel my order as it was outside a 24 window. Wish I’d bought local or at least through a reputable portal like Temu.
